Meet the Team

  • Mark has 10+ years’ experience managing various technical aspects of Demand-Side Management (DSM) portfolio administration, including potential study modelling, DSM plan modelling, non-energy benefits, cost-effectiveness testing, and evaluation, measurement & verification (EM&V).

    He has designed, configured, tested and maintained data tracking systems for energy efficiency programs, including calculations of energy, peak demand, and GHG savings.

    His work has been submitted and defended numerous times before the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, and has been published in the journal Energy Efficiency.

  • Ryan has 10+ years’ experience in Demand Side Management (DSM) program design and delivery, including new construction programs and codes and standards.

    Ryan has extensive data analytics experience leveraging energy modelling data, including HOT2000, HTAP, CBAT, and more general reporting via SQL databases and Excel.

    Ryan has broad building science experience and expertise including NBC 9.36, Thermography, and building energy modelling with HOT2000, PHPP, WUFI, and general-purpose modelling and business intelligence applications including Analytica, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
